The Kaplan Nursing Entrance Exam assessment will not be an admissions requirement, but a pre-requisite to start the nursing concentration (core) classes. Students who achieve a score of 50% will be accepted into the program.
Students who score between 40-49% will be conditionally accepted into the nursing program. All Kaplan Nursing Entrance Exam scores must be on file and reviewed by the Nursing Admissions Committee before the start of nursing core. Failure to achieve the minimum score (60%) on the second attempt will prevent the student from taking the nursing core classes, and the student will be dropped from the nursing program.
The Campus Academic Dean reviews the application and notifies the applicant of acceptance within approximately three weeks. The college reserves the right to deny admissions to students it feels will not benefited from its programs.
